Dean Properties strives to provide luxurious student housing at an affordable cost. If you are interested in leasing from us please contact us for current availability. Once we have confirmed availability with you, we will then ask that you bring the application process by clicking on “Apply Online”, at the top of our site. The resident application must be filled out completely by each roommate. We must have all necessary current contact information.
Once you have complete the application please print the “Co-Signor Form”, located below. The co-signor forms must be signed by a parent or guardian, notarized and returned to our office. The guarantor form can be faxed to our office at 850-671-1500 Attn: Dean Properties. Once we have all of the forms from each roommate, an appointment can be made to sign the lease. Once the lease is signed you will be required to put down the necessary security deposit. The security deposit is non-refundable until the lease expires upon which a portion will be returned provided there is minimal or no damage to the property. The first month’s rent will be due on the first day of the month you move in, regardless of your move in date. We try to make this process as simple and convenient as possible.
